OUR PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES:
PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING:
We operate a latest-generation injection molding machine with a 320-ton clamping force. This equipment allows the production of parts with maximum dimensions of 680 x 680 mm and weights ranging from 50 g to 1 kg. We work with materials such as TPU, PE, PP, and PS.
HYDRAULIC PRESSING OF RUBBER PRODUCTS:
For the processing of recycled tire rubber, we utilize heated hydraulic presses with a pressure capacity of up to 200 tons. Our technical capabilities allow the manufacturing of rubber components in an exceptionally wide range – from 50 g to 50 kg, with maximum dimensions up to 1000 x 1000 x 300 mm.
