Custom Manufacturing
Tereno Eco Ltd. offers a full-cycle production of technical components based on individual projects and customer blueprints. We combine environmental responsibility with high industrial precision, breathing new life into recycled rubber from car tires and processing various types of plastics.
Our Production Capabilities:
Plastic Injection Molding:
We operate a latest-generation injection molding machine with a 320-ton clamping force. This equipment allows the production of parts with maximum dimensions of 680 x 680 mm and weights ranging from 50 g to 1 kg. We work with materials such as TPU, PE, PP, and PS.
Hydraulic Pressing of Rubber Products:
For the processing of recycled tire rubber, we utilize heated hydraulic presses with a pressure capacity of up to 200 tons. Our technical capabilities allow the manufacturing of rubber components in an exceptionally wide range – from 50 g to 50 kg, with maximum dimensions up to 1000 x 1000 x 300 mm.

Mold Design and Fabrication:
We manage the entire process of designing and manufacturing the necessary tooling (molds) for your products.
